We take an up close look at the lives of two talented, diverse young women as they navigate the road to success. Along the way, they face parallel challenges: racism and pressure to assimilate. As they struggle to overcome these issues, their paths - like that of so many others - intersect at Memphis Challenge, a program that helps to develop their capacity to push beyond it all, grow and learn.

How is this possible? The pursuit of excellence-this is what the Memphis Challenge represents. Helping student's map their road to success, uniquely designed for them, as we seek to inspire and develop future Memphis leaders.

We want viewers to walk away understanding that these young women - emerging leaders & rising scholars - represent challenges many youth face today. However, the difference is their lives were impacted by an intervention from Memphis Challenge.
