Meet the Memphis Challenge Staff

Cassandra WebsterExecutive DirectorCassandra Webster began working with the Memphis Challenge program in 2000 as a consultant, interviewing potential candidates and helping find summer internship placements for students. President of a marketing and communications firm for the past 18 years, Cassandra is very active in Memphis. A past Board Chair for the Women's Foundation for a Greater Memphis and a past president of the local chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Cassandra also serves on the boards of several local non-profit organizations, helping them increase their presence and support in the community. She plans to broaden the Memphis Challenge experience for all students and provide an even stronger leadership for the city. |

Susanne BuddProgram ManagerSusanne Budd began working with the Memphis Challenge in April 2009. After a rewarding summer as the Memphis Youth Leadership Program Coordinator, she was thrilled to join the team on a permanent basis in August. Susanne has more than ten years of marketing and project management experience. She has a BA in History from James Madison University (Harrisonburg, VA) and an MBA from the University of Memphis. Most recently, she was a Senior Account Manager for Oden Marketing and Design. As Program Manager, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with this city’s best and brightest. |
