Class of 2009 In Action! - MC Graduation Celebration: Amplifying Your Voice

The Memphis Challenge culminating event celebrated the MC Class of 2009 and Jr. MC.  “Amplify Your Voice: Only You Can Write The Next Chapter” was held on May 7th at the Center for Southern Folklore . 

Motivational speaker and author Dwight Fryer was the guest speaker.  MC Masters of Ceremonies were MC students , David Johnson and Christopher Shannon.  Musical entertainment was provided by Challengers Devin Brooks and Christopher Shannon. 

Challengers were presented with certificates of completion in addition to an autographed copy of “The Legend of Quito Road by Dwight Fryer.  Graduating seniors also received a framed quote, from author Marianne Williamson, from Executive Director, Cassandra Webster and Program Manager, Kevin Ragin.
