Cassandra Webster began working with the Memphis Challenge program in 2000 as a consultant, interviewing potential candidates and helping find summer internship placements for students. President of a marketing and communications firm for the past 17 years, Cassandra is very active in Memphis. A past Board Chair for the Women’s Foundation for a Greater Memphis and a past president of the local chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Cassandra also serves on the boards of several local non-profit organizations, helping them increase their presence and support in the community. She plans to broaden the Memphis Challenge experience for all students and provide an even stronger leadership for the city.
“The Memphis Challenge is a vital catalyst to promote the caliber of talent that is homegrown in Memphis. It is our goal to better align companies with the wealth of talent and leadership that is right here in Memphis,” echoed Cassandra.
Yolanda Dozier Program Manager
Yolanda Dozier joined Memphis Challenge in July 2004. A native of Memphis, she graduated from Whitehaven High School and attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale where she earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. After serving four years in the Air Force as an IT professional, Yolanda returned to Memphis in 2001. Since her return, she has worked in various positions which includes an event promotions company as well as other non-profit organizations. She is also still serving as a Captain in the Tennessee Air National Guard. Her diverse background is a great addition to the Challenge program.
